terms of service
if you contact me I will assume you have read my tos- english in not my first language, so please try to avoid any slang or abbreviation- the illustration is for personal use only (the cost for commercial use may vary but are generally +100%)
- i have full rights of the illustration, so it will be part of my portfolio, post it for promoting myself and i can print/sell it in the future (unless asked otherwise)
- i have rights to decline or cancel a commission without a reason- the payment will be made via paypal (eur € only) or kofi
- you have 2 free revision, for every other changes you will have to pay an extra (they can only be during sketching or coloring)
-I will refund 100% if I have not started the sketch.
After I have delivered the sketch, a refund will not be possible (unless I cancel the commission, in which case I will refund 50%)-the style may be slightly different from the example
-don't rush me, the drawing will be finished in to weeks to months, it depends on the complexity (if you need the commission to be done faster you'll have to pay an extra, the rush fee may vary for each deadline)-do and don't vary for each commission service

if you bought the adopt I will assume you have read my tos-clients cannot claim to have made the art or the design
-must credit me
-I have the right to post my work on any platform for self promoting-payment: paypal/kofi
-payment should be done within 48 hours
- payment plan available for adopts with a price higher than 150 USD ( you need pay a deposit of at least 30% of the price, then we will discuss payment times privately - max 3 months)
-you will receive the adopt after the full payment
-refunds are no allowed- reselling is fine as long as it's not higher than what you paid for (unless you add extra art)
- gift and trading are allowed- minor variariation of the design are ok
- commercial fee can be purchased later- for the delivery I'll send you a drive link with all the illustration
- you will have the full ownership after the full paymentfor any violation of my TOS you will be blacklisted
